A Mr. Ron Haycock (his company is Lawrence Skinner Associates) talked a lot of very financially na&amp;iuml;ve people into using their credit to buy real estate &amp;ndash; specifically, homes between $500,000 and $2,000,000.&amp;nbsp;All of these people had excellent credit to begin with, and now their credit scores are typically in the 400-500 range.&amp;nbsp;
